Purpose of the Visit

The primary purpose of the visit was to tour our factory. We booked a flight for the customer, who planned to return to Haikou the same day. After enjoying lunch together, we visited the factory and introduced the customer to our semi-trailer production process.

Back at the office, we discussed the specific parameters he wanted and placed an order on the spot. During this visit, we confirmed the loading method, parameter configurations, and pricing. After negotiations, we provided a Proforma Invoice (PI) and shared product images and videos, explaining the configuration parameters with detailed drawings.
