Daily inspection of the insulated envelope
Frequently inspect the inner and outer surfaces, edges and corners of the envelope, the internal floor, the refrigeration outlet and other places, and do not scratch the envelope. If the envelope is damaged, on the one hand, the pressure-bearing capacity of the envelope will be reduced, aging and deformation will occur, and on the other hand, it will also affect the thermal insulation performance of the envelope.  If there is a layer of ice on the inner surface of the refrigerated car, it is necessary to remove it with a de-icing shovel in time to prevent the ice from getting thicker and thicker, affecting the storage space of the envelope and the increase of vehicle weight and fuel consumption. "Southern Vegetables and Northern Transportation" is at the right time, and the "cold knowledge" of popular science refrigerated trucks is used!
	Maintenance of refrigerated truck refrigeration
Refrigerated truck In the normal use of refrigerated trucks, the maintenance and maintenance of the refrigerated truck is very important. Usually, the refrigeration unit is maintained and maintained once after 500~700 hours of engine work. Do a good job of "three filters" cleaning to ensure the vitality and durability of the refrigerated truck engine. At the same time, the "four liquid levels" are often checked to maintain the quantity and quality of coolant, lubricating oil, brake fluid and electrolyte, and attention to check the tightness of the belt and whether there is any leakage in the refrigeration system.
	Pre-cooling of the carriage
When loading, the carriage should be pre-cooled to remove the heat trapped in the carriage.

Pay attention to the stacking height
When loading, do not stack the goods too high, and be sure to ensure that the loading height is not higher than the plane height of the air outlet. If the front of the air outlet is blocked by the goods or too close to the goods, it will not only affect the storage and transportation temperature of the goods but also affect the normal operation of the refrigeration unit.
Keep the interior of the compartment clean
When using refrigerated trucks, the interior of the compartment should be kept clean. Due to the action of the evaporator fan, air will circulate in the compartment, which may cause debris or dirt on the ground to be sucked in by the evaporator fan. After a long time, a large number of impurities will be inhaled into the evaporator coil unit, which will affect the refrigeration effect of the refrigeration unit, thereby reducing the service life of the refrigerated truck.
